Title: Tool-Occupied Japan Side Cutting Pliers

Somebody reported that tools marked "Occupied Japan" are rare.  I don't know about that.  Here is a pair of side cutting pliers stamped "OCCUPIED JAPAN".  A name, "P N MORGENTHAU",  is also stamped on this tool.
