new guy here just wants to share one of his better finds.  Minty fresh, NOS Snap-on railroad brake wrench.  So without further ado:

the flash washed out the beautiful black finish & the "marks" are the original grease still there from the factory.

UPDATE:  just received a reply from Snap-on on this wrench's purpose.  As stated "The only information I could find regarding item M4431B is: this tool is in the industrial catalog under railroad tools.  it is used to tighten air brake external nuts and cover screws.  there are 4 12 point sockets on a wrench."  After looking at the online industrial catalog ( all 500 + pages, if it is there, I failed to id it.
