Title: Garage Sale Wrench

I found this old wrench at a garage sale over the weekend.Any idea what it is for ? I am assuming it's a farm wrench ?? It says : 369 on the open end.

 I have a copy of this wrench with 368 embossed in it. Not sure it has ever been positively identified as to maker or usage. orphan ?
