Title: Bent shank (leverage?) handle concave thingy

It may not last long - but I didn't know what it was.

Hmm, well, the left side looks like a masons tool, so, i'm thinking the right side is for installing or breaking off form straps?

It looks like a pointer to finish the job when laying bricks as in pointing  between the bricks to make then look nice

I'd say it's over.  It is a bricklayers mortar joint tool that combines the joiner and rake.  The concave area providing a way for excess mortar to move from the tool.  Patent 3109189

It's in pretty nice shape for a 40+ year old tool exposed to corrosive morter :)
