Title: What THE HECK Is It??

One side says "MADE IN SWEDEN" The other side says "AB SVEAEXPORT No1 PAT".

The pointed end rotates on the handle, and the "middle" point extends beyond the the two sides as it turns.

The full length is just over 13".

What the heck is it?

Taper shank remover. To remove taper shank drills and chucks from a machine spindle. Insert in spindle slot straight and push handle down to release taper. "Drill drift" automated, no hammer required.
