What is this wrench?
Identification & numbers are;
“1J20” at the base of the head and
“U” on the shank, above the numbers
15659721.
This is an industrial or military specialty
Ratcheting wrench that must be flipped over
to reverse the ratcheting action. There is a 5/8” hex
and is apparently for a single use application. The
wrench is made from flat stock tool steel with a plastic
covered grip area. The dimensions are; 14.5” O.A.L. by
1” w. by 5/16 thick.
My question is: Who made it, what was it for and for what company or application?
Sorry, no pics at this time.
Thanks...

Without a picture, and just Googling the number, I think it is this wrench (Handle)-
