Theres no markings anywhere. Any idea of maker and age.

I have 50 hand drills but I have never seen anything like that. If it ever needs a new home could you remember me   LOL   bob w.

 Never seen that one.Unique comes to mind. Assume it is quite old.

Wow! I have never seen anything remotely like it. That could turn an honest man into a mugger.
