Title: Whats it Wrench

Any ideas?  Wrench is approx 8" overall and "arm" is approx 2"

 Shown in back of Rathbones book on page full of oddball wrenchs. Tis only fitting that an oddball wrench should be owned by an oddball. Did you buy it from an oddball ?
