First post that's not a "Howdy There." Have no idea where else to begin with this. Found it at an estate sale and couldn't resist, even though I don't know what it is. Only identifying marks appear to be the "APEX" on it.

Saw set? I had to have one IDed for me here before..... I'm thinking the screw out to the side would adjust what angle the teeth would be bent to?

Used to set the teeth of a saw blade so they will have the correct kerf.
