Never saw a hammer head mold. Looks like one to me?

Absolutely! Used to cast lead mallets. Looks like a piece of 3/8 or 1/2 pipe for a handle. I jumped in with a bid on it. Probably won't go too far. I have a couple of molds that use 1/4 rods with a cast alminum grip handle & I got another one from Pritch last Fall via this site. Lead mallets or hammers are great for line use and non marring persuasion. When they get beat up, you just cast a new one. I have a Coleman plumbers stove & enjoy the mini foundry process. Also cast a few soldiers & slingshot ammo at the same time.

I sold one of those on Ebay one time, but it has been so long I cannot seem to dig it up on my software. Mine had a company name and a patent date. I believe it went fairly high, something around 75.00. I would guess that that one will go between 25-35, but you never know because prices are down on Ebay for tools.
