This looks like CeeTee pliers met a crate opener. All cast, 9.25 inches long, patent pending on the backside. The name though, have not found a thing on it: I C I M BODEN co., or maybe imboden, cimboden? Any clues would be helpful.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
I have here in my hand the very miracle of the age! It slices, it dices, peels onions and will grow hair on an egg. It cures neuritis, neuralgia and all female complaints!
Kings and queens have lined up for just a peek at this miracle,
and just for today only, it can all be yours. Yes yours.
Just one dollar, one dollar a copy, today only!
Who will be first? Who will take this gem home for themselves?
Step right up, don't be shy!!
I absolutely love these kinds of things. I can see the pitchman working the boardwalk, even from here.
yours Scott

Egads!
a stove lid lifter,
a hot plate and dish carrier,
a hammer,
a tack driver,
a nut cracker,
a box opener,
a nail puller,
a screw driver,
a wrench for three sizes of nuts,
a wire holder and stretcher,
a wire nipper,
a small rod and pipe holder,
a rule and measure,
a hook to carry hot kettles,
an ice splitter.
It has a Nut Cracker! BWAHAHAH!
