Post by: fliffy42 on December 01, 2011, 06:46:38 PM
Ok here's the deal... I have been hanging on to this one but there is an Xmas concert this weekend that my Sweetie would love and money is tight. I need some money in my paypal to reserve the tickets. So this is going on eBay for a quick sale tomorrow. I wanted to give someone here a crack at it.

you can see more info on the plane at a previous post....

I posted this on another woodworkers forum site for $90. Will be on eBay for $100 tomorrow.

but for the best guys on the web... $75 shipped which will get us in the door :)

Did you post pictures of the wrong plane?  A Winchester plane will typically have the Winchester trademark or W number designation on the blade, cap, and body.  I have noticed that some block planes often only have the marks on the blade, and the cap or the body.  They will often have casting marks from Stanley or Sargent on the cap and body as well.

Right plane, I think.  It's just that it has a Stanley marked blade instead of the Winchester.
