Title: Charles Parker No. 19

New to me Chas. Parker No. 19 vise  . Swivel base , 2" jaws , anvil with horn l had some work done , a hole was weld filled and machined smooth , new lock bolts and wrench , tried to preserve the look of the metal , just a coat of wax.

Good looking vise & you even have the wrench!  I'll never understand how so many of them are missing.
