Title: Another massive wrench find

14 pounds.
48 inches long. (cat to scale)
7/8th on the wrench measures out to 1-5/8.
1-1/8th on the wrench measures out to 2 inches.
Seems to have a Vlechek shield but with an H inside it.
What the heck is this?

International Harvester perhaps?
You don't need a cheater bar with this because one is built in!

Still trying to figure this one out, any ideas?
