I'm not sure. I think it may be cutters for a metal lathe. I'll post closeups.

Yes, a set of tool bits for a metal lathe. Looks about 5/16 " , if so, for a smaller lathe, like 10 or 12 inch swing
The other think , a soldering copper? called a hatchet

We need to find a cup shape disc for the clamp on the nutcracker. Let me know if you need me to look thru my stuff. That is a cool find.

Hi Joe,
Probably not a soldering hatchet, but from the original photo I can see why you thought that. I think it might be a shop made tool or an apprentice made tool. I think it is a small pipe bender.it is 7.5 inches total in length. The copper top is 2 5/8 inches.
