Title: juicer?

Hi; I have not been here in a while, life rears it's ugly head, I thought I could use a distraction. Anyway, I have this. first glance says it's a juicer of some sort but an orange or lemon small enough to fit under the cutter would be pushed thru the cup when you tried to squeeze it. It is well built of plated iron. What do you guys think?

looks like there is room (based on the rim) for a mesh piece under the 'masher'.
