Title: Gift from a friend...Plomb box ends
Post by: amecks on June 12, 2022, 05:27:47 PM: At a motorcycle meet today I received these from a good friend...he said I can do what I want with them - I may want to sell them and put the money towards motorcycle Project 39-1/2.

Post by: amecks on June 13, 2022, 06:52:50 PM: Hunter is 86 and rode a '69 Triumph Bonneville to our motorcycle meet yesterday. Up until a year ago he worked as a forklift mechanic. Once in a while I would find Hunter (brand name) screwdrivers. I would give them to Hunter and tell him "Stop leaving your tools lying around!". We've traded a few tools over the years.

You'll always think of him as you build on the collection that he started for you. No matter what- they are among the best looking wrenches ever made. Even the plating has a distinct color.
