At a motorcycle meet today I received these from a good friend...he said I can do what I want with them - I may want to sell them and put the money towards motorcycle Project 39-1/2.

That is a very good friend and very good looking wrenches at that.

Hunter is 86 and rode a '69 Triumph Bonneville to our motorcycle meet yesterday. Up until a year ago he worked as a forklift mechanic. Once in a while I would find Hunter (brand name) screwdrivers. I would give them to Hunter and tell him "Stop leaving your tools lying around!". We've traded a few tools over the years.

Wow that's awesome.

Just something attractive about those Plombs, a friend to cherish.

How thoughtful of your friend! There's just something special about receiving a gift that holds sentimental value, like those Plomb box ends. It's truly a reminder of the bond and connection we share with our friends. Speaking of cherished gifts, have you ever considered personalized Mother's Day gifts (https://www.giftlab.com/pages/mothers-day-gifts)? They're a wonderful way to show appreciation for the amazing moms in our lives!

Some say that 3 of anything is a collection. Your friend just started you down the path of completing a Plomb pebble dbe collection. You'll always think of him as you build on the collection that he started for you. No matter what- they are among the best looking wrenches ever made. Even the plating has a distinct color. Enjoy them!!

Can’t have too many of those. I regret selling some off in the early days.

Plomb tools have a lot of history behind them, so depending on their condition and rarity, they might fetch a decent price if you decide to sell. If they’re in good shape, maybe check collector forums or eBay to see what similar ones are going for before making a decision.
If you're planning to reinvest in your motorcycle project, every bit helps! And if you're looking for a solid, stylish bag for everyday use, https://coach-bags.co.uk/ (https://coach-bags.co.uk/) has some great options that balance function and style well.

Note the original posting date. Likely sold them long ago. I have been collecting Plomb pebbles for at least 40 years but ha e never found those big sizes in the wild.
