Just returned from a weekend in Pennsylvania Dutch country. This barn is full of old items of every discription, including a few tools. Not your typical PA Dutch tourist trap full of curated antiques. Bring gloves and a wire brush!
Billings offset adjustable, Wilcox angle pliers, Stanley screwdriver and a Shelley (England) Whitworth wrench.

I can't say I have seen another angle adjustable. Interesting item. Nice tools.

I’ve only run across one Shelley wrench. I seem to remember that there was some relationship between Shelley and a British motorcycle manufacturer, maybe BSA or Norton. Mine is not Whitworth.

Neat finds!

What vehicles came with Shelley wrenches? I know they made tools for vehicles, including motorcycles. I plan on reselling it and it would be very helpful to know what make vehicles came with Shelley tools.
Thanks

Thanks very much Don. I'm very involved with Brit bikes but not owning Nortons. That may help me sell the wrench.
