I finally found an inside reading folding ruler at a decent price. I’ve wanted one since I found out they existed. It isn’t in great shape on the outside, but the inside is fine. Keuffel & Esser Co. N.Y. Black and White. I have an outside read Lufkin to show the difference.

I got about a dozen new old stock Lufkin's about 5-10 years ago. I've always used them. They have gotten harder to find!Btw always check the brass end, that is one place where than can be off. When you work at a sheet metal shop the shop foreman's ruler is the shop rule. Everyone else's is checked against his (or hers) I did find a couple of magnetic yardsticks were off by an 1/8" most other tapes and rules have been "spot on!"
