Looks like a specialty wrench supplied foor a machine. Resembles the wrench supplied with a DeLavelle cream separator. FresnoCa. makes me think it came with an ag machine, like a threshing machine. The rough casting suggests 1920s or earlier.

Buckner made irrigation supplies, I figure it is for some type of sprinkler head.

Thanks for the replies guys. Yes, It is a spanner/wrench for some old type of commercial sprinkler. Google brought up a few hits of info on it.

I have two spanners like that - a brass and an aluminum model - made by Champion. In-lawn sprinkler wrench.
