Title: Bemis & Call A. D. Briggs Wrench
Post by: Lewill2 on November 02, 2020, 07:09:31 PM
Not your usual Bemis & Call A. D. Briggs short adjusting nut pipe and nut wrench. Just came by UPS today. It is 30 inches long with working mechanism. The handle nut screws on-off and the handle can be removed. The ferrule is a separate piece. Somebody has a talent of wood working.

Whoever replaced the handle knew what they were doing.  They came with two or three different ferrules, one of which required a slightly different handle.

I'll say. That is some wrench.
Hey, that hanging tool, the 5th from the right:  Does it have a brass handle?  What is it?  Let's see more of it.

Northwoods, as requested, it is a small English made wrench with a brass ferrule and a wood handle. Double jaw, one side is a flat nut jaw and the other is a "V" shaped jaw to use a s a buggy wrench for miniature buggies. There is an American patent for one similar to this but I never saw one of those this small.
