Title: BLACKHAWK 10 in. adjustable wrench
Post by: Nasutushenri on September 11, 2020, 12:03:50 PM
Can someone tell where and when this wrench was made ?
It doesn't seem that old yet.

Regards
Henri

Hi, you’re probably right, it isn’t that old. See the link below for all the information on Blackhawk.

Hello,Henri & Mike. I went through the Alloy Artifacts pages on the Blackhawk tools, ( Mike, before you posted the link), and I did not see a single Blackhawk adjustable. Does this make Henri's wrench later by omission? BTW, Henri, nice find!!!

Thanks for the information.
On the AA-site I read that  Blackhawk-tools became a division of Stanley in the sixties.
That bring me not much further, but today I saw this site:

https://www.bhid.com/catalog/products/tools-hand-and-power/hand-tools/wrenches/adjustable-wrench/blahaw-spc-aw-1010-2

That explains more. My wrench is a somewhat earlier type, perhaps from the nineties.
