Title: Where to get 1/8" Socket wrench
Post by: bcubrich on July 08, 2020, 03:11:26 PM
Hello, I have a 1928 banjo that ha square 1/8" pegs, used to tension the drum-like banjo head. As far as I can tell, no one sells a wrench with a square socket anymore (well, except the socket themselves, which have a square side). Does anyone know if these wrenches were popular in the 20s-30's, and if they can still be obtained. Feel free to contact me by email.

I would try a hobby shop. They have all types of square tubing.

What size is the square on an acetylene tank?  Those wrenches are pretty common.
