Looks like a store display that could also be sold for use as bench top storage for standard tip screwdrivers. I like the design.

Anker Bohrer   maybe Anchor Brand ?? . As I am typing it looks like someone else is typing too!  Chrome Vanadium?? Top row of numbers, mm sizes?? Whatever it says, I like it!!!
