Title: Odd Little Thing
Post by: J.A.F.E. on November 19, 2011, 10:51:59 PM
Found this today at the swap. Not sure what it is but clocks/watches or jewelry seems a good guess. What do you guys think?

Saw something sort of similar used for tying flies. Clamped into a small vise.

That piece on he top could be for clamping in a vise. Seems reasonable to me.
