 I am searching for a 1955 MG TF  tool kit with pouch.
 Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to Tool Talk.  Try these guys - http://www.thevintagetoolco.com/ (http://www.thevintagetoolco.com/).  Do you know what tools are in the kit?  If not I bet these guys can tell you exactly what is supposed to be in a TF toolkit.
