I guess that's for people who found the Johnson Smith catalog inadequate - Johnson Smith is, to my slight amazement, still in business, although they seem to have felt the need to come up with a new name for their catalogs: http://www.johnsonsmith.com/ (http://www.johnsonsmith.com/).
