Title: tools and stuff in a tin box,,nut-drivers & oil cans??

the nut drivers (ABOUT 6" LONG)are hollow,one had that small brush inside MOST marked with ST-40015 OR 16,MAYBE FOR RADIO WORK?,
oil cans?,for what?

Oil cans look like ones that came with sewing machines.
