Anyone recognize this? I assume some kinda machine part, but what? I already searched the part number but came up empty.

Found a website named part number lookup but when clicking search it would not connect.  Maybe someone else can try it? pnlookup.com (http://pnlookup.com)
Sometimes a casting number will be one digit difference than the actual part number.  Something to consider when searching.

looks like a punchdown (or pry-up?) tool of some variety.   Can we see the other end?
