The wrench maker was BUHL  Alloy Artifacts has little info on them.

I found this Buhl 723 at an estate sale last month. It has early USS sizes rather than the actual opening sizes.

Buhl Sons Co. was located in Clinton Township, Michigan. They also made very nice wooden hollow handle tool holders. The ferrule's on them are stamped with the name and location.
