Title: Tubing Cutter
Post by: lptools on March 31, 2019, 04:43:23 PM
Hello, I found this tool the other day, had to soak it to get it moving. I'm pretty sure it is a Tubing Cutter, folding blade looks like a reamer. It is stamped RILEY ENG. CO. PATS APPLIED FOR. I am guessing the ENG. stands for Engineering? Has anyone seen one of these before? I am looking for help with the manufacturer, or the Patent, if it was ever granted. Thanks, Lou

I have a Herbrand flaring tool that has a cutter in one end of the block that is designed something like yours.

Nice find Lou. I poked around on the net a little but couldn’t anything relevant. It’s an interesting design.
