Title: Skinner 1910-s 10” 4 jaw chuck

Just picked this chuck up today for $60. Says skinner 1910-s made in USA  ref R-02225. It’s got some surface rust but works smoothly. Can’t find much on this model, looks pre ww2 but could be wrong. Just wondering what it’s worth if I should put it to work or resell it.
