Fortunately they were open at 7:45 and I was only 4 minutes late to work. Pick these up and paid a buck each.
Powr-Kraft hacksaw - seems sturdy.
Poper Iron & Wire Works Chicago Ill file handle
Defiance 99 style knife but no name or number - Made In USA on back.

Those file handles are SO much better than the universal file handles sold nowadays. I've got two of them (different make), and wish I had more!

Nice finds at a good price. I just watched a video with ScoutCrafter restoring some cast iron file handles. About two weeks ago I went to a garage sale of a wood worker and bought about 20 hand made wooden file handles. I used all but four of them that are too big for my hands. I mounted the files in the handles using Gorilla glue.

I've wondered for some years...is Gorilla glue like hide glue, but made from gorillas?
