estate sale for 5$,trying to date but not finding that model,could it have been bell system??,found in a bell system tool box

 Not sure on the date but it’s the Bonney round head style. Nice find, I never seem to run into them.

Haven’t seen them associated wih Bell before. Likely just placed in the box.
