Title: "BIG" spanner can anyone I.d. this one please

This multi sized spanner has "BIG" cast on it does anyone have any idea of manufacturer or its use, looks like a bicycle tool kit spanner to me.

a spanner less than 6" long that thinks it's big is entertaining.
