Title: WILTON MINI SWIVEL BASE VISE

I uncovered this Wilton vise while cleaning the garage. It's a Wilton swivel base vise from Chicago, Il. It measures 2 1/2" wide x 2 5/8" opening. The only number is 132 on the base. I noticed that it has 2 clamps holding the swivel base. Kind of over kill for such a small vise. Any idea of when this was made ?
