That is an H D Smith Six-Sixty perfect handle screwdriver with wings to give the user more leverage.

Thought it might be H D Smith which is why I paid the big bucks but was concerned when I couln't read the stamping. THought it was especially small but I have several of that length when I checked my stash.

Summer before last, I bought that screwdriver and this Stanley #98 marking gauge for the princely sum of $1.50.
Pay the money and run!
