Hello, Did I miss a rate increase by the USPS? Or did ebay change the rate schedule for shipping discount? I don't make money on shipping, but I really dislike losing money on shipping. My cost for a Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box is $7.05, so a break even number from me to the buyer is $7.85. Does this sound right????? Frustrated in Syracuse, Lou

Yes, you missed the recent USPS rate increase.  Can't say exactly when, but roughly a week or two, maybe three?
Most of my eBay shipping charges are a fixed rate which means I have to go in and adjust the prices accordingly.

I almost always have the buyer pay shipping.

Hello, Papaw. I don't offer free shipping unless the item is very small, or the price tag is really large!!!!!!!!!! Al, I think another reason for the spike is that I lost part of my discount, I need to sell a few more item to get back to Top Rated seller status. Thanks guys, Lou

ebay shipping 6.85,not sure why yours is more?......maybe trs discount?
