Title: Amsoil sales tool?
Post by: skipskip on January 21, 2018, 07:33:02 PM
I dont see any wrenches here, but it's kinda cool anyway.

I think it's some sort of sales tool for selling expensive oil filters, but I would love to hear from someone who knows for sure.

That is Burnsoil tool to sell people on adding a bypass oil filter to supplement a full flow oil filter. We had that setup at work on a Toyota diesel forklift. Ford Motor Company had a similar setup from the factory on their Escort Diesel engines that used a spin on bypass filter to supplement the factory full flow filter. I use to use the Ford Escort bypass filters on older cars and trucks that had factory canister bypass filters that are more expensive and harder to find.
