5 Piece "RED E NUT" Nut Starter Set in good plus, user, or, collectible condition. This was made by the Frederick Tool & Engineering Corp, Frederick Maryland. These are for hex nut sizes #2, #4, #6, #8, and #10. All function properly, metal case shows minor surface rust & soiling, instructions for use inside lid. A couple of the plastic tips are loose, and will need to be re-glued. These are used for electronics, or, other assemblies, handy for small jobs in tight quarters, or for production assembly.
These are loaded by compressing the spring into the knurled cap, hex nuts are then placed on the guide pin. The handle is re-attached to the barrel, and when spring releases ,the hex nuts are forced against the plastic tip. Start the hex nut on the bolt, or stud, and tilt the barrel to release. $10.00 plus shipping, I will need your zip & shipping preferences for a shipping quote. Figure 3 lbs. from my zip, 13212.
