Title: Leaf spring spreader - who made this?

Picked this up at the barn sale in Plainville today (minutes from home).  Marked PAT JUN 8 15.  DATAMP shows a picture identical to this item, and is attributed to Spring Leaf Spreader Co.  But the tool is marked with - M in a diamond - possibly W but seems to be right side up as M.  So who would be the manufacturer?

I have one that is marked J H Williams. Kwoswalt99 is quite correct.
