Title: Anyone know what these are worth?
Post by: jaykhjr on June 16, 2017, 08:13:22 AM
Hey Guys, I have a set of 15 (Is it complete? i'm not sure) Snap on sockets with the G "government"... (so 1945?) that are still in the wax paper-like packaging with something like cosmoline grease in the paper to protect the finish. Im posting  a picture below. I'm not hard-pressed to sell. Just curious as to what they are worth. I know Snap-on in the 40's isn't as expensive as older or even 1950's models, but i assume it being in the paper packaging and never being used makes them a little more rare.

Anyone have any idea what they are worth? any info on them? I have a few more sockets I got out of the same box in the garage I was cleaning out, but they aren't in the packing like these (they are also G stamped. )

Thanks all!
