Schulz #79, but it doesn't give any info just automotive wrench with tire iron on end. I don't see it in Copes, just a quick look.

Copes does show a Dudley MFG Co from Menominee MI that has a double jaw like this but it doesn't show a tire iron on the end. Pages 122 & 123
