On the blade forum I visit this is a popular thread to post your new finds....I'll start..Got these on the weekend at the junk shop for $5.00...The Lobster 8" Adjustable is apparently very highly regarded out there in internet land...and I like those slightly offset old lectrolites.

I've heard of parrothead pliers...and alligator wrenches...now we've got lobster wrenches?
-
Interesting, I have a set of the Lobster adjustables. Bought them from Pacific Freight and Salvage in the 70s. Lost the 12, used the heck out of the others, they have taken everything I dished out. Made when Japanese tools were transitioning from the dark side. And, it is Metric!

And we have Snail brand wrenches
I also have some Chinese Flying Swallow wrenches.
What else?

Here is the other side just for reference...seems to be more "Newlobster" ones out there with Drop Forged Alloy instead of Cr-Mo steel...have no idea which is earlier or later. The fit and finish on this wrench is top notch and the feel is really nice...The other stamp is the Japan Industrial Standards logo.

a plomb 1212
3 Duro-Chrome ignition wrenches E65..E64..E61
a blue-point
craftsman
Stanley
and a "neon" but I don't think it's out of a Dodge Neon.
On second look and a little googling the 3 "power master" Korean wrenches are worth sticking in the tool box as beaters
Korean stuff has always been decent in my experience.

Yay! Looks like you did okay for less than 6 bucks.

Haven't posted in awhile but here are a few things I've found recently at Value Village....amazing people are just giving this stuff away to a "charity"....Vaughan 13oz hardly used...Craftsman Ball Pein mint as well...Barcolo pliers and Philips..sheffield Gunsmith screwdriver?...Lufkin tape and Evans tape both nice...Stanley nail claw and cutter...Bahco sweden 12"...crescent 6" linesman pliers no marring anywhere...Tin snips marked Canada....Hercules plumb bob...Diamond slip joints...Maybe $25.00 for all this stuff.
