I don't recall seeing one like that before with the adjustment on the thread dies.

I hadn't either, but was not willing to start at $25.

No one else was either apparently, didn't sell.
I suspect the screw thinggy is so you can place the die over an existing threaded piece without having to spin it all the way down the thread, or for threading something where you can't get to the end. An interesting improvment....

Looks like most of its useful life is in the past and I would hate to assume the adjusting screw will move without fracturing. Dont think I'll compete at any price. Taken too many wrenchs home hoping I could resurrect them and found out oyherwise.

Definatly an unusual version with that adjustment but looks too rusty to take a chance for that price
