While perusing Syracuse Craigslist I noticed this...

I'd jump right on that lamp, if the maker didn't mess up the tools much. There's more than $35 worth of tools there! And you'd still have a lamp when you were done.
Our area does an art trails thing, where you can visit artists in their studios. One of the local artists does a lot of assemblages like that. I got him all upset once, when I lifted a really nice Stanley cast iron level off the shelf atop one of his wall pieces to admire it. In my probably arrogant opinion, the anonymous patternmaker whose pattern became that level was a better artist than he is.

It looks like it has a plaster base. I wouldn't be surprised if you could rescue those tools from their from their trap.
