Title: Cornwell lead filling tool?

Tool says Cornwell and it's an odd shape, somewhere in the back of my mind I remember seeing an old time hot rod builder use something like this to help fill gaps when lead filling body seams. It's not designed to be hammered on, and the point is very sharp.
