Title: X 2 Peter Genron Diamond cycle wrench

I know what the bicycle wrench is---what is the second offset wrench called?   No other marks except PO did the three dots periods for ID!   They were both in the same box of tools??   Thanks  Cranky

Either a Baxter or made from the Baxter patent.
