Title: Plomb Alligator Wrench

I've had this Plomb Alligator wrench for several years but have not found any information on it. It's 15.2" long and marked "PLOMB TOOL CO. L.A. CAL." with two downward arrows on one side and "V-2" on the reverse side.

Anybody seen this wrench before or seen a catalog listing?

Is that a 1933 Plomb mark?  '33 is the only one I find that has L.A. Cal
