Title: Another wrenching plier: A Proto Los Angeles version
Post by: bonneyman on March 10, 2016, 03:20:47 PM
I have a Proto and P&C version of this tool. Just couldn't leave it at the pawn shop. Got it for $1, so, here she is.

Neat design.  What's the little hex jobbie in the first photo?

That's an interesting plier and in great shape.  A steal for a dollar!  I have the P&C version but it's in poor condition.  When I got it I hadn't seen one before so I couldn't pass it up.

Excellent pliers and an outstanding price.  I have had a pair for a very long time but mine are unmarked.

It's part of a valve seat resurfacer for faucets. And I just happen to have the other half.

Pliers have been traded already - for about 5 pounds of Proto yellow handle screwdrivers!

I have 2 of the Proto ones and 1 of the P&C version. The Proto ones have two different designs on the handle from each other. They are compound leverage pliers. A neat design and they bite hard.
